Versatility & Originality
R3 features two toggle switches for coil tap and SWING-made pickups, BluesBreaker Std. & HeartBreaker set. With its H-S-H pickup line-up and two toggle switches, R3 allows any player to enjoy 9 different combination of tone.
Coil-tap style circuits have had a couple of controversial points so far. One of them is a kind of trade-off between versatility and loss of original single tone when coil-tapped to single. Keeping its pure single coil sound, SWING succeeded to apply state-of-the-art coil-tap pickups on new products of this year .
